St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital to Sponsor HSMA 2012 Races

St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and our Orthopedic Services Group are proud to sponsor the Houston Masters Sports Association (HMSA) 2012 HMSA Classical St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital 25K Race and the Specialty Healthcare & Wellness 5K Fun Run. This race combination will allow runners of all capabilities to have a great running opportunity. Come out Sunday, November 18, 2012 to participate in the festivities.

If you run for fun, be there to start at 7 a.m. for our 5K fun run, which begins and ends at Texas Avenue in front of the Wortham Center and runs out and back on the inbound lane of Memorial Drive. You will get a chance to have an enjoyable race and watch the 25K racers as they go through the rigors of that 15.5 mile race.

For you serious runners, come prepared for one of the best run races in Houston. This is the middle race of the three marathon warm-up series races and has been held for more than 25 years. The race will help prepare those of you who are training for the Houston Marathon and give a great experience for those of you who are just looking forward to a great test of your racing endurance skills. It begins at Prairie Avenue and Bagby Street, does three loops on Memorial Drive and ends on Texas Avenue, in front of Wortham Center.
