CHI St. Luke’s Health–The Vintage Hospital (The Vintage Hospital) welcomes Terah Isaacson, MD, to its medical staff. Dr. Isaacson is board-certified in Colon & Rectal and General Surgery.

A Kansas native, Dr. Isaacson brings not only a passion for quality healthcare, but a wealth of new skills to The Vintage Hospital. Proficient in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, she specializes in using a minimally invasive technique for abdominal surgery in treating diseases, such as colon and rectal cancer, diverticular disease, and inflammatory bowel disease. She also provides many treatment options for anorectal and pelvic floor disorders, including hemorrhoids, anal fissures, fecal incontinence, and constipation.

“I’m excited to join the CHI St. Luke’s family here in Northwest Houston,” said Dr. Isaacson. “It’s my goal to provide our patients with an individual plan of care to meet their healthcare needs.”

Prior to joining CHI St. Luke’s, Dr. Isaacson practiced in San Angelo with West Texas Medical Association. To complement her vast expertise, she has held professional memberships with the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons, and the Texas Medical Center.

Dr. Isaacson earned a bachelor’s in biochemistry from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas; attended the University of Kansas, School of Medicine; and trained in surgery at the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. Following her residency program, Dr. Isaacson completed her fellowship training in Colon & Rectal surgery with The University of Texas Affiliated Hospital Program in Houston.
